About Us
Alix Martin and Clare
Bannister have been working together in the field of personal effectiveness
for 6 years. Their backgrounds are very different. Alix is an entrepreneur
who has always been able to 'think out of the box'. She is also a warm
and creative communicator for whom qualifing as an NLP Coach simply affirmed
and extended what was already a way of life. Alix loves to support, develop
and challenge others to exceed their own expectations. Whilst Alix's business
skills include leadership and software applications, Clare's are more
organisational since she has worked in the public sector for 29 years.
She is a qualified teacher and social work trainer and is involved at
a national level in the design and use of professional competency frameworks.
Alix and Clare make a great team, skills that one has yet to fully develop
the other is confident about.
